Project “Modernisation of the Building of Vilnius Academy of Arts" (2012-)
The project is aimed at the improvement of energy efficiency. The customer of the project is Vilnius Academy of Arts. Total value of the project is LTL 3.2 million. ERC provided consultations on the matters of planning of this project and drafted the application to the Lithuanian Environmental Investment Fund for obtaining the financing. Financing for the project implementation was granted under the Climatic Change Special Programme measure “Renovation of buildings of educational institutions reducing their consumption of energy”. At present ERC carries out the administration of this project.
Project “Creative Industries Incubator’s “Menų spaustuvė“ Infrastructure Development - final stage" (2011)
The project will be implemented by Arts Printing House (VšĮ “Menų spaustuvė”), which is modern performing arts center, and the first established in Lithuania and a successful cultural and creative business (arts) incubator. ERC provided project planning consulting, prepared investment project.
Project „Infrastructure development of Optoelectronic components research and technology adaptation and incubation center” (2011)
The project is designed to expand infrastructure of Public entity “Science and Technology Park of Institute of Physics”, which is required for public service provision of high-tech companies. Total value of the project is 5.2 million LTL. The project seeks EU financial support under EU SF Economic Growth Programme (1st priority “Research and development for competitiveness and growth of business”, mean “Inogeb LT-2”). ERC provided project planning consulting and helped with formulating activity concept for Optoelectronic components research and technology adaptation and incubation center. ERC also prepared investment project and project application for the financing of EU SF.
Project „Strengthening international competitiveness of Laser and Engineering Technology Cluster” (2011-)
Project is implemented by Public entity “Science and Technology Park of Institute of Physics” along with 10 partners. Total value of the project is 1.7 million LTL. The project received funding under EU SF Economic Growth Programme (1st priority “Research and development for competitiveness and growth of business”, mean “Inoklaster LT”). ERC provided project consulting, prepared project application for the financing of EU SF and now is responsible for the administration of EU grant for the project.
Project “Knowledge and innovation transfer development and improving competence of researchers in creative industries and design” (2011)
Vilnius Academy of Arts together with 3 partners aims to promote design and other creative industries researchers to upgrade their skills. Total value of the project is 1.3 million LTL. The project received funding under EU SF Human Resources Development Programme (3rd priority “Strengthening of capacities of researchers and scientists”). ERC provided project planning consulting and prepared project application for the financing of EU SF and now is responsible for the administration of EU grant for the project.
Project „Infrastructure development of Laser and Engineering Technology Cluster‘s research center“(2011- )
Project is implemented by Public entity “Science and Technology Park of Institute of Physics” along with its partners – 10 organizations from laser and engineering technology sector. Project goal is to create research infrastructure required for cluster. Total value of the project is 8.78 million LTL. The project received funding under EU SF Economic Growth Programme (1st priority “Research and development for competitiveness and growth of business”, mean “Inoklaster LT+”). ERC provided project planning consulting to the organization and now is responsible for the administration of EU grant for the project.
Project “Rural tourism cottage reconstruction and bakery construction" (from 2011)
The total cost of the project – 184,3 thousand Litas. ERC advised the customer of the project planning (identifying the stages of implementation, preparation of financial projections, assessment of investment needs, possible funding sources), has developed an application and the first payment application for EU aid, as well as provided advice for getting a loan. The project received funding under EU SF Lithuanian Rural Development Programme for 2007-2013. ERC now is responsible for the administration of EU grant for the project.
Assessment of Cross-border Religious Tourism Potential (Marijampolė, 2011)
The study analyzed the tourism sector in the territory of the Diocese of Vilkaviškis (tourism infrastructure, tourism flows), identified major religious tourist sites (sacred sites) and pilgrimage routes. Within the framework of the study SWOT analysis was carried out and the main factors promoting religious tourism were identified.
Study "Influence of the increase of tax for the state
The Study was initiated seeking to assess the increase of tax for the extraction of peat, foreseen in the 2010, on the country's peat industry (production, profitability, employment) and state taxes (for public natural resources, as well as land, fuel, social security and personal income taxes) collection. The analysis was based on the information of Department of Statistics and peat enterprises association “Lithuanian Peat" as well as the representative survey of peat enterprises. The study analyzed 5-year period.
Light Conversion, Ltd. - project "Modernisation of research and manufacturing facilities" (2010 - )
ERC prepared a business plan, application for EU finding and provided related project management consulting to the company. In November 2010 company has signed the grant contract with Ministry of economy and its agency for EU grants administration' under EU SF Economic Growth Programme. The contracted grant amounts 4,2 million Litas, total value of the project - 5,9 million Litas. Currently, ERC is administering the project.
